大学学术生态的困境与出路

摘　　要：学术生态特指学术共同体追求学术、创生学术的有机环境,是一个动态的、开放的复杂生态系统。它包含学术、学术环境与学术人员三个基本要素。就理想的大学学术生态而言,学术乃大学之灵魂;自由乃学术之土壤;真理乃学术人员之永恒追求。目前我国大学学术生态遭遇了学术环境的功利主义,出现了师生的学术浮躁情绪与学术繁荣背后的泡沫现象。中国大学学术生态的现实超越,必须以学术为中心,倡导为学术而学术的理念;加强个体学术修养,坚守大学教师的精神自治;净化学术环境,营造和谐学术生态。Academic ecological environment refers in particular to an organic environment which academic Community pursues academic and creates academic, and a dynamic, open and complex ecological system as well. It contains three basic elements of academic, academic environment and the academic staff. For the ideal academic ecological environment, academic is the soul of university~ freedom is the soil of academic~ truth is the eternal pursuit of academic Staff. Now our ecological environment of scholarship of higher education encounters the utilitarianism of academic environment, academic blundering mood of teacher and student and the foam phenomenon behind academic prosperity have appeared. In order to transcend the reality of Chinese ecological environment of scholarship of higher education, we must take the academic as the center, advocate the concept of academic for the academic; strengthen individual academic accomplishment, stick to the spirit of the university teacher autonomy; purify academic environment, and build a harmonious academic environment.
