摘　　要：目的：探讨戒毒人员静脉采血护理体会。方法：2010年12月我院为当地戒毒所278例吸毒人员采血做检查，按实验组187及对照组91例划分。对照组行常规护理，观察组行整体护理干预。结果：观察组一次性穿刺成功率显著才优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：完善的职业防护体系，才能提高采血成功率，减轻患者痛苦，防止职业暴露，保护护理人员的安全。Objective： To investigate the nursing experience of drug addicts of venous blood sampling. Methods： lrom 2010 December in our hospital for the local treatment 278 examples druggers sampling inspection, according to experimen- tal group 187 and control group 91 cases of division. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group received nursing intervention. Results; the observation group disposable puncture success i-ate significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 only ）. Conclusion： perfect occupation protection system, in order to improve the success rate of blood sampling, relieve pain, prevent occupation exposure, protection of nursing staff safety.
