摘　　要：目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射移植额颞部塑形美容的疗效。方法：以注射器吸取大腿脂肪颗粒，纯化后用脂肪抽吸针将脂肪颗粒注射到额颞部。结果：本组42例（165个部位）患者无明显手术后并发症。随访3～39个月，除外1例（4个部位）注射两次，2例（8个部位）注射三次，其余均为一次性注射。充填后面部较前丰满，质感同周围组织，形态自然。结论：采用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植额颠部达到丰满塑形效果，符合面部软组织的特性。Objectives To investigate the effect of autologous fat granules injection in frontotemporal cosmetic remode- ling. Method Fat granules from thigh were taken by syringe. After purification, the fat granules were injected by liposuc- tion needle into the frontotemporal. Results There is no significant post--operative complication in the total eases of 42 （165 location）. The patients were followed up for 3 to 39 months. Except one case （4 location） for injection twice, two cases （8 location） of injection for three times, the rest are one- time injection. After the operation, the face is plump than before, the texture is the same as surrounding tissues and the shape is natural. Conclusion The application of frontotemporal autologous fat granules injection achieves the plump sha- ping effect and complies with the characteristics of the facial soft tissue.
