普萘洛尔治疗16例婴幼儿血管瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨口服普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的护理要点。方法：对16例婴幼儿血管瘤采用普萘洛尔口服治疗，服药前向家属详细告知可能出现的不良反应，服药期间严密观察药物的不良反应并对症支持治疗护理。结果：仅1例诱发哮喘，2例心率略有减慢，1例出现腹泻，其余未发现严重不良反应。结论：加强对不良反应的观察和护理，有助于提高普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的安全性。Objective To investigate nursing care of 16 infants with hemangioma treated by oral propranolol. Methods 16 infants with hemangioma treated by oral propranolol, the possible adverse reactions were fully informed to the family before treatment. Adverse reactions which were closely observed during medication, were given symptomatic and support- ive treatment and care at the same time. Results Only 1 case induced asthma, two cases of heart rate slowed down slight- ly, case of diarrhea, and found no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion It is helpful to improve propranolol treatment in- fantile hemangioma security that enhancing the adverse reactions observed and care.
