肝动脉MichelsⅤ—Ⅷ混合型变异考察报告

摘　　要：对该例肝动脉分支来源异常标本采用非测量性观察和体质测量法综合考察，发现肝总动脉未分出肝固有动脉，肝门也无肝动脉进入。左肝副动脉由胃十二指肠动脉发出；右肝副动脉和胆囊动脉都由肠系膜上动脉替代。综合分析，形成肝动脉MichelsⅤ-Ⅷ混合型加胆囊动脉由肠系膜上动脉替代等多元变并格局。To use non--measurement observation and physical measurements observed the specimen of anomalous source of hepatic artery branch. The results showed that common hepatic artery was not separate arteria hepatica propria, in porta hepatis have not hepatic artery into the liver, left hepatic accessory artery from gastroduodenal artery, and right hepatic accessory artery and cystic arteries were replaced by superior mesenterie artery. Comprehensive analysis it, the specimen form a multi--variation pattern of hepatic artery MiehelsⅤ-Ⅷ mixed and cystic arteries was replaced by superior mesenteric artery.
