摘  要:富水段隧道地质条件往往较差,TBM通过富水隧洞段时,由于水压作用,掌子面极有可能会坍塌,进而掩埋刀盘及机体,增大刀盘的扭矩、甚至出现洞壁坍塌,撑靴无法支撑洞壁,TBM不能向前推进,针对上述可能出现的情况,结合TBM设备本身的特点,提出通过富水地段TBM施工施工对策:注浆堵水加固、适量引排水和洞内反坡排水,这些措施获得良好的施工效果,确保TBM掘进安全。Hydrogeological condition of water-rich tunnel is sometimes weak, due to the hydrostatic pressure, the tunnel face is likely to collapse when the TBM passes through the water-rich area. Further more, the cutter head and shield machine will be buried, torque of the cutterdisc will be increased, the tunnel wall will collapse and the supporting boots failed to support the tunnel wall, which makes it hard for the TBM to move forward. With regard to the possible results of the above events, combing with the characteristics of the TBM, construction countermeasures are proposed: grouting and blocking water, adequate water diversion and drainage, reverse slope drainage in the tunnel. A good construction effect has been achieved with the help of these measures, and the TBM driving is keot in a safe condition.
