河北省港口集装箱物流发展战略研究

摘　　要：河北省港口近年的吞吐量增长迅猛,但主要业务是煤炭、矿石、石油等散货,集装箱业务量较少。而集装箱业务近年增长强劲,竞争也更加激烈。要提高港口集装箱物流运输的竞争力,就应当重视港口集装箱码头基础设施规划和建设,着力发展临港产业,提升港口集装箱运输信息化及服务水平,加大政府政策的支持力度,创新经营模式,争取箱源,加强人才队伍建设。The throughput of the port in Hebei Province grew rapidly in recent years,but the main business items are coal,mineral,oil and other bulk cargo,container business volume is relatively low.However,the business of container tends to grow faster nowadays while the competition becomes fiercer.In order to improve the competitiveness of port container logistics and transport,more attention should be paid to the planning and construction of the port container terminal infrastructure,laying emphasis on the development of the port industry,improving the informatization and service level of the port container transportation,enhancing the government policy support,innovating management mode,striving for box source,and strengthening team building of qualified personnel.
