摘  要:目的 :观察急性低氧和间断低氧习服对大鼠主动脉收缩和舒张功能的影响。方法 :用去甲肾上腺素 (NE)诱发大鼠离体主动脉环的收缩 ,反映收缩功能的变化 ,主动脉环以 0 .6 2 μmol/LNE预收缩后用乙酰胆碱 (Ach)舒张对抗 ,反映舒张功能的变化。结果 :与常氧对照组相比 ,急性低氧和间断低氧习服大鼠主动脉对去甲肾上腺素 (NE1 0 -9,1 0 -8,1 0 -7mol/L)介导的收缩反应显著增强 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,而对Ach各浓度 (1 0 -9~ 1 0 -5mol/L)诱导的内皮依赖性舒张反应显著减弱 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :急性低氧和间断低氧习服后 ,大鼠主动脉对缩血管药物的收缩反应增强 ,内皮依赖性的舒张反应减弱 ,内皮受到了一定程度的损伤。Aim: To study the effects of acute hypoxia and intermittent hypoxic acclimatization on vasocontractive and vasodilative functions of rat aorta. Methods: Rat aorta were contracted with norepinephrine (NE) to reflect the changes of systolic functions. The dilative effects of acetylcholine (ACh) on rat aorta precontracted with NE 0.62 μmol/L were investigated to reflect the changes of dilative functions. Results: The contractive response to NE at the concentrations of 10 -9 ,10 -8 and 10 -7 mol/L were increased significantly in acute hypoxic and hypoxic acclimatization rats compared with normoxic control rats( P <0.05~0.01). Under the same experimental conditions, the dilative responses to ACh at the concentrations of 10 -9 -10 -5 mol/L were attenuated significantly ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: After acute hypxia and intermittent hypoxic acclimatization, the contractive responses of rat aorta to vasocontractive substances were increased and the endothelium-dependent vasodilative responses were attenuated.
