摘 要:目的 :探讨运动后恢复过程中骨骼肌α 肌动蛋白基因的表达及运动对该基因表达的影响。方法 :设计强化训练的大鼠模型 ,用定量反转录聚合酶链式反应 (QuantitativeRT PCR)方法 ,研究恢复过程中 ,大鼠骨骼肌α 肌动蛋白 (α actin)基因的表达。结果 :所有强化训练运动恢复组的骨骼肌α 肌动蛋白mRNA水平均高于安静对照组 (C) ,且强化训练恢复安静组 (ER)、强化训练恢复 30min组 (E 0 .5 )显著高于安静对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。强化训练运动后恢复即刻组 (E O)和强化训练运动后恢复 3h组 (E 3)较运动训练安静组 (ER)也有显著性提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :训练的确提高了大鼠骨骼肌α 肌动蛋白的mRNA水平 ,且运动恢复过程中骨骼肌α 肌动蛋白基因的表达具有时效性。Aim and Methods: In order to investigate the expression of skeletal α actin during the refreshment from exercises and effects of exercises on the expression of α-actin gene, an SD rat model of intensive exercise was constructed and the expression of rat skeletal muscle α actin gene during this period was studied by the quantitative RT PCR(QRT PCR). Results: The α actin mRNA levels of all groups with intensive exercise were higher than that of rest control, and the α-actin mRNAs in the groups of rest after exercise(ER) or 30 minutes after exercise(E 0.3) increased significantly than that of rest control(C)( P <0.05). Also, the expression in the group of immediately after exercise(E 0) and 3 hrs after exercise was significantly higher than that of rest control(C). Conclusion: α actin mRNA level was indeed increased by intensive exercise and this effect bear a time preference.
