摘 要:热敏电阻在电子式电能表中主要起保护电源模块中变压器的作用,如果选型不当,很容易会呈现高阻态,使得电能表无法正常工作,进而造成电能表的黑屏现象。本文主要介绍了热敏电阻在电子式电能表中的工作原理,针对电压和温度两个因素对电能表进行过电压和高温影响试验,考察电能表中热敏电阻的选型是否恰当。提出热敏电阻在选型时所应注意的问题;建议电能表出厂时做考核热敏电阻试验并总结出厂实验的具体方法。The thermistor in electerical meter plays a role of protecting the transformer from over-current and overheat, incongruously selecting of which will directly cause the blank screen faults of the electrical meter, when the thermistor in a high impedance state. In order to cause the concern of thermistor in meter designs, the operation principle of the thermistor in electrical meter is introduced in this article, the over voltage testing and high temperature testing are developed after the analysis of factors effects, then we put forward the thermal resistor in selection problems which should be paid attention to and suggest the meter factory to found strivt inspection in thermistor before the meters go out.
