摘 要:目的研究八号膏(大黄、地榆、五倍子等)对深II度烫伤模型大鼠创面的治疗作用,探讨其作用机制。方法 76只SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性对照组(湿润烧伤膏),八号膏高剂量组,低剂量组。模型及治疗组大鼠背部造成6处直径1 cm深Ⅱ度烫伤创面,伤后立即给药。每日换药,阳性对照组每日两次,八号膏组每日一次。测定烧伤后3 d血清IL-1β的水平。烧伤后3 d、14 d取全层皮肤,测定创面含水量、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含有量及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性。结果与正常组相比,模型组创面XOD活力、含水量,血清IL-1β水平显著升高,GSH含有量明显下降(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,八号膏高、低剂量组创面XOD活力、含水量、血清IL-1β水平明显降低,GSH含有量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论八号膏可以降低创面含水量、XOD活力,增加创面GSH的含有量,同时降低血清炎性因子IL-1β的水平,对深II度烫伤模型大鼠具有保护作用。AIM To study the therapeutic effect of Bahao Ointment (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Sanguisorbae Radix, Galla chinensis, etc. ) on deep partial-thickness burn in rats, and to explore its mechanism. METHODS Seventy-six SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, positive control group, Bahao Ointment high-dose group, and Bahao Ointment low-dose group. Six deep partial-thickness burns 1 cm in diameter were made in model and treatment groups. Positive control group were applied on wound twice a day. Bahao Ointment was applied on wound once a day. IL-1β was detected in serum in 3 d. 3 d and 14 d full-wound skin was taken to detect the wound water content, glutathione (GSH) content and xanthine oxidase (XOD) activity. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the wound XOD activity, water content and IL-1β increased significantly, but GSH content significantly decreased in the model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the model group, wound XOD activity, water content and IL-1β decreased significantly, but GSH content increased in the Bahao Ointment high- dose group and Bahao Ointment low-dose group (P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION Bahao Ointment can reduce the wound water content, XOD activity, the content of serum inflammatory cytokine IL-1β, and increase GSH content. It has a protective effect on partial-thickness burn .
