桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价桂枝茯苓胶囊(桂枝、茯苓、牡丹、桃仁、芍药)联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法通过检索已发表的有关桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的研究文献,甄别出桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的病例随机对照研究文献,采用循证医学官方软件Review Manager 5.1对符合纳入标准的研究进行系统评价。共纳入10个临床随机对照实验,合计患者1036例。结果 Meta分析结果显示,桂枝茯苓胶囊+米非司酮治疗后肌瘤体积小于米非司酮[WMD=-1.08,95%CI(-1.26,-0.90)];桂枝茯苓胶囊+米非司酮与米非司酮在治疗血清促卵泡素[WMD=-0.95,95%CI(-2.56,0.66)]、黄体生成素[WMD=-0.92,95%CI(-2.45,0.61)]、孕激素[WMD=-0.61,95%CI(-1.68,0.47)]方面差异无统计学意义,在雌二醇[WMD=-6.26,95%CI(-11.21,-1.3)]方面有统计学意义。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮相对于单用米非司酮在治疗子宫肌瘤方面有一定优势。AIM To evaluate clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsules （ Cinnamomi Ramulus, Poria, Moutan Cortex, Persicae Semen, Paeoniae Radix） plus Mifepristone treating hysteromyoma. METHODS Published litera- ture concerning Guizhi Fuling Capsules treating hysteromyoma was studied. The case-control study literature of applying Guizhi Fuling Capsule plus Mifepristone treating hysteromyoma was selected. A systemic evaluation of qualified research literature was conducted with Review Manager 5.1, official software for evidence-based medicine. Ten clinical randomized controlled trials, with 1 036 patients in total, were evaluated. RESULTS The results of meta analysis showed that the fibroid volume treated by Guizhi Fuling Capsules plus Mifepristone was smaller than that treated by mifepristone [ WMD = - 1.08, 95% CI （ - 1.26, - 0.90） ]. There were no significant differences in follicle-stimulating hormone [ WMD = - 0.95,95% CI （ - 2.56, 0.66） ], luteinizing hormone [ WMD = - 0.92,95% CI （ -2.45, 0. 61 ） ] and progesterone [ WMD = -0. 61, 95% CI （ - 1.68, 0. 47） ], but significant differenees in estradiol [ WMD = -6.26, 95% CI （ - 11.21, - 1.3） ] between Guizhi Fuling Capsules plus Mifepristone and Mifepristone. CONCLUSION The combination of Guizhi Fuling Capsules and Mifepristone has certain advantages over mifepristone in treating hysteromyoma.
