摘  要:目的使用KH-550改性后的Fe3O4磁性粒子处理天然橡胶及其衍生物,降低其中水溶性蛋白质的量,降低其过敏性。方法超声处理后用磁场分离含蛋白质吸附的Fe3O4。含KH-550改性后的Fe3O4磁性粒子溶液与天然橡胶及其衍生物进行去蛋白处理,通过考马斯亮蓝法考察去蛋白质效率,去蛋白质橡胶对小鼠进行胸腺指数、脾脏指数和酶联免疫法测定。结果去蛋白处理后,天然橡胶及其衍生物中蛋白质明显降低,未测到小鼠过敏性。结论使用KH-550改性后的Fe3O4磁性粒子处理天然橡胶及其衍生物可以用来制备橡胶膏剂低致敏的骨架材料。AIM To study Fe3O4 magnetic particles modified by KH-550 to reduce the content of water soluble protein (WSP) in both natural rubber and its derivatives in order, and to lessen their allergy. METHODS The natural rubber and its derivatives treated with Fe3O4 magnetic particles modified by KH-550 were separated by magnetic field after ultrasound processing to remove Fe3O4 containing the protein. Coomassie brilliant blue was used to evaluate the removal rate of the proteins, thymus index, spleen index and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to perform the sensitivity test for mice. RESULTS The contents of WSP in both natural rubber and its derivatives markedly decreased after deproteinization and the allergy to mice was not explored. CONCLUSION Natural rubber and its derivatives can be used to prepare hypoallergenic framework material in adhesive paste after being dealt with Fe3O4 magnetic particles modified by KH-550.
