摘　　要：目的研究猴腿蹄盖蕨的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相半制备色谱等对猴腿蹄盖蕨乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,依据理化性质及波谱特征进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到12个化合物,分别为绵马酚B(1),咖啡酸(2),槲皮素(3),乌苏酸(4),山柰酚(5),没食子酸(6),3-羟基-5,6-环氧-β-紫罗兰酮(7),山柰酚-3-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),山柰酚-7-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9),槲皮素-3-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),槲皮素-7-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11),绿原酸(12)。结论 12个化合物均系首次从该种植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents of Athyrium multidentatum. METHODS The compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Athyrium multidentatum by silica gel column chromatography and semipreparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analyses. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as aspidinol B （1）, caffine acid （2）, querc, etin （3）, ursolic acid （4）, kaempferol （5）, gallic acid （6）, 3-hydroxy-5, 6-epoxy-β-ionone （7）, kaempferol-3-β-D-glucoside （8）, kaempferol-7-β-D-glucoside （9）, quercetin-3-β-D-glucoside （10）, quercetin-7-15-D-glucoside （ 11）, chlorogenic acid （12）. CONCLUSION Twelve compounds are isolated from Athyrium multidentatum for the first time.
