摘 要:在一套半连续式密实移动床离子交换装置上,以001×7强酸型阳离子交换树脂作为吸附剂,研究了钾离子的吸附特性。结果显示,密实移动床离子交换柱全柱的钾离子吸附率能够达到99.71%及以上,排放树脂的吸附饱和度达90.76%;同一套装置,在进料条件和进出料控制要求相同的情况下,采用半连续式密实移动床操作的吸附时间为固定床操作的3/8。研究结果为密实移动床的操作和结构优化提供了参考依据,并表明该装置在离子交换领域具有广阔的应用前景。Adsorption characteristics of K+ were studied with the 001 ×7 strong acid cation exchange resin as the sorbent in a semi-continuous packed moving-bed ion-exchange equipment.Results showed that adsorption rate of K+ was over 99.71% in the whole column, and the adsorption saturation of resin was 90.76% ;the adsorption time operated in the semi-continuous packed moving-bed was 3/8 of that in fixed bed, by using the same equipment and under the same conditions of feed and control requirements.The study showed that packed moving-bed ion-exchange equipment had extensive application prospects, and the research results could provide the basis for the operation and structural optimization of packed moving-bed.
