摘  要:天津渤天化工有限责任公司在2#生产线上进行高钛渣中掺入金红石试验。澳大利亚进口天然金红石粒度规整、含钛量高,利用其与高钛渣混合作为富钛料进行沸腾氯化生产试验。试验分为A、B、C、D 4种混合方案,每个方案运行72 h,其中A、B、C方案运行正常。在高钛渣中掺入金红石进行沸腾氯化反应生产四氯化钛,试验效果很好,产品质量高,降低了消耗,提高了产能,达到了预期的效果。Tianjin Botian Chemical Co., Ltd. made an industrial test on its No.2 product line by mixing high titanium slag with rutile.The natural futile,imported from Australia, had regular particle size and high titanium content.It was mixed with high titanium slag as the rich-titanium material to make a fluidizing chlorination manufacturing test.There were A, B, C, and D four test plans and each ran 72 h.A, B, and C plans ran normal.The tests results showed that the product had a high quality, the consumption was reduced, the capacity was improved, and the test made a desirable effect.
