摘  要:以丙烯酸酯为原料,通过改进的溶液聚合工艺,合成了高性能耐高温丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂(PSA),考察了聚合工艺、丙烯酸(AA)含量、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)的质量配比以及固化剂的种类和用量等因素对PSA性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚合工艺(单体浓度和加料方式、反应温度、反应时间等)对PSA的综合性能有显著影响;在改进的聚合工艺条件下,当AA含量在3%,BA∶2-EHA质量比为2,采用异氰酸酯固化剂(GH)固化,GH的最佳加入量为0.8%时,PSA的粘接性和耐高温性能优异。A high adhesion strength and excellent temperature resistance pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) was prepared using acrylate as raw materials by modified polymerization process. The effects of polymerization process, the contents of acrylic acid(AA) and the mass ratio of butyl acrylate (BA) to 2-ethylhexy acrylate (2-EHA), and kinds of curing agents and their contents on the adhesion properties of PSA were studied. The experimental results show that, the polymerization conditions, including the concentration of monomer, the charging method of materials ,the reaction temperature and the reaction time, have a great effect on adhesion properties of PSA. When the mass fraction of acrylic acid (AA) is 3%, the mass ratio of BA to 2-EHA is 2, using the polymer isocyanate GH (the mass fraction of which is 0.8 % ) as the curing agent, PSAs synthesized through the modified polymerization process have best adhesive performances and high temperature resistance.
