我国档案学硕士研究生教育的现状与思考——从跨专业生源的视角

摘　　要：大量跨专业生源的学生成为档案学硕士研究生,是近年来档案学硕士研究生教育面临的较为突出的一个新现象、新课题,跨专业生源的涌入对档案学硕士研究生教育提出了巨大挑战。本文通过对我国跨专业档案学硕士研究生的基本概况的了解与分析,针对当前跨专业档案学硕士研究生教育过程中存在的培养目标定位不准确、课程设置不合理、导师制度等问题提出了对策与建议。In recent years, archival science graduate education is facing a new phenomenon and topic which many inter-disciplinary students become archival science graduates. The influx of inter-disciplinary students is a huge challenge to archival science graduate education. To counter such questions as inaccura- cy of develop targeting, unreasonableness of curriculum and tutor system, this paper proposes solutions through analysis of basic facts of our archival science graduate education.
