利用野草栽培茶薪菇高产技术研究

摘　　要：随着市场对食(药)用菌的不断需求,其相关的栽培技术也得到大规模推广。现阶段用于食(药)用菌栽培的常规原料木屑和棉籽壳日趋短缺,福建省野草资源丰富,可以缓解食用菌生产中存在的原料紧缺问题。主要介绍了利用野草栽培茶薪菇的技术措施,以期为茶薪菇的高产栽培提供参考。As the market demand of edible and medicinal mushroom continuing expanding, there had also been a large- scale promotion on cultivation technology. There was an increasing shortage of conventional raw materials （sawdust and cotton seed hulls） for edible and medicinal mushroom cultivation at this stage. So sufficient weed resources in Fujian could alleviate the problem of shortage of raw materials in the production of edible fungus. This paper mainly described the Agrocybe chaxingu cultivation technology measures with weeds to provide a kind of reference to high yield cultivation of A grocybe chaxingu.
