摘  要:为应对风电场出力波动及电网故障给安全约束优化潮流带来的问题,在优化潮流中考虑校正控制,选择输电线路N-1故障及多风电场出力波动的组合作为电网运行的预想事件,在风电功率区间预测基础上得出相应置信水平的风电场出力上下限,并采用极限场景以代替风电功率预测误差的多种情况,通过基于关键输电断面的预想事件筛选以及主问题和多重子问题划分,经交替迭代求解最后可得到满足正常状态经济性及预想事件下安全约束的发电计划。IEEE 30节点系统的仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。To cope with the troubles in security-constrained optimal power flow of power grid connected with wind farms due to output fluctuation of wind farms and grid faults, corrective control is applied in security-constrained optimal power flow. Based on security-constrained optimal power flow and taking the combination of the fault in transmission lines that follows the N-1 principle for transmission network and wind farm output fluctuation as presupposed event, on the basis of interval prediction of wind power the upper and lower limits of wind farm output with corresponding confidence levels are attained, and various conditions of wind power prediction error are replaced with extreme scenarios, then by means of screening presupposed events based on key tie lines and div!ding master problem and multiple sub-problems, finally the generation scheduling that can meet the demands on economy of power grid in normal state and the security constraints for presupposed events is solved by alternative iterations. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system.
