摘  要:过电压在线监测在配电网中主要采用外加分压器的方法,并已在现场得到应用,而在110 kV及以上系统中仅研究了通过变压器高压套管末屏测量电压和电流等方法实现过电压在线监测。研究了一种新的过电压监测方法,即通过对无间隙金属氧化物避雷器(metal oxide arrester,MOA)固有电流–电压关系,进行了不同雷电、操作冲击动作电流的波头、幅值下的节点电压试验和仿真,还原了MOA节点电压,进而有效地得到MOA所保护设备上承受的过电压幅值。同时通过大量试验和仿真数据得到了冲击电流与节点电压拟合的函数公式,实现了节点过电压的还原。At present the on-site online overvoltage monitoring of distribution network is implemented by external voltage divider, however for online overvoltage monitoring of power systems belonging to 110kV and above voltage class only. the method of measuring voltage and current at the tap of HV bushing for power transformer has been researched. A new method for online overvoltage monitoring is proposed. Based on inherent relationship between voltage and current of gapless metal oxide arrester (MOA), nodal voltage of MOA under different wave fronts and amplitudes of action currents caused by various lightning and switching impulses is restored by tests and simulation, and then the overvoltage amplitudes bore by equipments protected by MOA can be obtained effectively. By means of a lot of tests and simulation data, the expression of fitting function for impulse current and nodal voltage is attained, thus the restoration of nodal voltage is implemented.
