重庆、西安、济南、杭州新生代农民工生存现状研究

摘　　要：目的了解当代新生代农民工的生存现状,探讨在当前政策及经济条件下改善新生代农民工生活、工作现状的方法。方法自制《新生代打工人员调查问卷》,对重庆、西安、济南、杭州667名新生代农民工及535名作为对照的具有城市户口的打工人员进行问卷调查,采用t检验、χ2检验、秩和检验进行假设检验。结果 (1)新生代农民工儿时由父母以外的其他人长期照顾的比例较对照组高;(2)新生代农民工的每周平均工作时间超过我国法定的44h且收入水平较低;(3)新生代农民工城市社会融入度较差。结论新生代农民工是我国经济发展的重要力量,但其成长环境、工作生活现状及融入城市程度等均不理想,较具有城市户口的新生代打工人员差。各级相关单位及机构应充分重视新生代农民工的处境及现状,着力改善其生存环境,以期全面促进我国经济协调发展。OBJECTIVE In order to study the living status of contemporary new generation migrant workers, aiming at exploring the access to improve their living and working status under the current policy and economic conditions. METHODS ＂New generation of workers questionnaire＂ was homemade to conduct a questionnaire survey on 667 new generation of migrant workers and 535 working staff with urban residence as control in Chongqing, Xi＇an, Jinan and Hangzhou, and conducted hypothesis test with t-test, Chi-Square test and rank-sum test. RESULTS （ 1 ） The ratio of the new generation migrant workers with longterm care by someone other than parents in childhood was higher than the control group; （2） The working hours per week of the new generation migrant workers exceeded the Chinese legal 44 hours and their income was low; （3） The degree of urban social integration of the new generation migrant workers was unsatisfied. CONCLUSION In contemporary society, new genera- tion migrant workers serve as an essential force for economic development in China, but their growth environment, status of work and life and the social integration degree, etc. are all not ideal and worse than those of the control group. Various relevant institutions should pay more attention to the plight and current situation of the new generation migrant workers and strive to improve their living circumstance to fully promote the coordinated development of China＇s economy.
