孤独感对农村留守妇女健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孤独感对农村留守妇女健康状况的影响。方法采用自测健康评定量表和UCLA孤独量表对河北省某地区的330名农村留守妇女进行问卷调查。结果①农村留守妇女在健康总体自测上低于理论中值的人数为36人,总检出率为11.88%。②留守妇女孤独感总分与睡眠质量(F=6.593,P﹤0.001)、锻炼时间(F=4.831,P﹤0.01)差异有统计学意义。③农村留守妇女孤独感与自测生理健康、自测心理健康、自测社会健康以及健康总体自测均呈显著负相关(P﹤0.001);农村留守妇女年龄与自测生理健康、自测心理健康、健康总体自测呈显著负相关(P﹤0.01)。④孤独感对自测健康状况具有预测作用。结论农村留守妇女健康总体自测水平偏低;睡眠质量、锻炼时间对农村留守妇女的孤独感有影响;留守妇女的孤独感越高,自测健康状况越差;应积极关注农村留守妇女,提高其身心健康水平。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of loneliness on the state of health of countryside left-behind women. METHODS Questionnaire about Self- rated Health Measurement Scale Bersion 1.0, SRHMS and UCLA Loneness Scale were carried out on 330 countryside left-behind women. RESULTS （1） There were 36 countryside left-behind women with lower overall health self-test score than the median value of population and the total detection rate was 11.：88% （2） The loneliness of countryside left-behind women had a statistical significance with sleep quality （F = 6.593, P 〈 0.001 ） and exercise time （F = 4.831, P 〈 0.01）. （3） There was a remarkable negative correlation between loneliness and self-test physiological health, selftest psychological health, self-test society health as well as overall health self-test （P 〈 0.001 ） ; There was a remarkable negative correlation between age among self-test physiological health, self-test psychological health as well as overall health self-test （P 〈 0.01 ）. （4） Loneliness bad the forecast function to the state of health of countryside left-behind women. CONCLUSION The overall health self-test level of countryside left-behind women is somewhat low; The sleep quality and the exercise time have influences on the countryside left-behind women＇s loneliness; The countryside left-behind women＇s age is higher, the state of health is worse; The countryside left-behind women＇s loneliness is higher, the state of health is worse; The countryside left-behind women should be paid attention and we should raise their physiological and t psychological level.
