摘　　要：目的通过对四川省乡镇卫生院招聘执业医师项目受聘医师现况调查,为下一步项目开展提供政策建议。方法通过文献研究、信函调查、现场访谈相结合,采取多级抽样取得研究信息和数据。结果本次调查对象中选择"愿意"继续的人员所占的比例最高(占58.2%);收入及福利待遇问题是"是否愿意继续留在原单位工作"的主要原因。结论现阶段应加大项目资金投入,改善受聘医师工资与待遇,拓宽人才招聘渠道,逐步推进基层卫生人力资源建设。OBJECTIVE To analyse cross-sectional study on recruited certified physicians of township hospitals in Sichuan province, provide policy recommendations for improvement of the project. METHODS Through literatures letters surveys, field interviews combined and multi-stage sampling, to get research information and data. RESULTS The highest proportion of selecting ＂willing＂ to continue was 58.2% in this survey, income and benefits were the main reasons in recruited certified physicians who ＂willing to remain in the original work＂ . CONCLUSION At this stage of the project, through increasing investment funds, improving the wages of recruited certified physicians and expanding recruitment channels, grass-roots health human resource development will be gradually promoted.
