解毒化浊方对慢性输卵管炎细胞黏附分子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒化浊方对慢性输卵管炎血管内皮细胞的血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响及其作用机制。方法:解毒化浊方治疗慢性输卵管炎患者50例,观察治疗前后血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)的变化。结果:解毒化浊方能降低慢性输卵管炎患者血清中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的含量(均P<0.01)。结论:解毒化浊方可阻断黏附分子促进白细胞浸润至炎症部位,起到"抗黏附治疗"作用,为治疗慢性输卵管炎的有效方药,其机制可能与抑制炎症反应有关。Objective ： To detect the content change of the cellular adhesive molecular - 1 （ VCAM - 1 ）, the cell adhesion mole- cules - 1 （ ICAM - 1 ） in chronic salpingitis and research the mechanism of action of Jiedu Huazhuo recipe treated chronic salpingi- tis. Methods ： Apply the recipe to treat the patients with chronic salpingitis and detect the contents of VCAM - 1 and ICAM - 1 in serum. Results：The expressions of sICAM - 1 and sVCAM - 1 in chronic salpingitis patients were higher than those in normal group（P 〈0. 01 ）. And the Jiedu Huazhuo recipe could decrease the serum contents of VCAM -1 and ICAM -1 in chronic sal- pingitis （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The solution may block the poison cloud adhesion molecule and promote leucocyte infiltration to inflammation parts, rising to the function of fighting adhesion. It is an effective treatment of chronic salpingitis, its mechanism and inflammation may be related to inhibition inflammation.
