瓜石汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征45例

摘　　要：目的:观察瓜石汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。方法:45例多囊卵巢综合征患者给予瓜石汤治疗,3个月为1个疗程,共治疗1～2个疗程。观察治疗前后体重指数、月经周期、BBT及血清FSH、LH、E2、T、空腹胰岛素水平以及双侧卵巢卵泡数目、卵巢体积变化。结果:临床疗效显效12例,有效27例,总有效率86.7%;经治疗妊娠7例。月经复常率为60.22%,排卵复常率为26.66%;体重及体重指数有下降趋势,但治疗前后比较(P>0.05);血清LH、T、LH/FSH及胰岛素水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);卵巢体积较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),最大卵泡直径较治疗前增大(P<0.01)。结论:瓜石汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinic efficiency of Guashi Decoction treating pcos. Methods ：45 patients who suffered from PCOS were selected and treated with Guashi Decoction, taking 3 months as a treating course and the patients were treated for 1 to 2 courses, then the changes of body weight index, menstrual cycle, BBT, FSH, LH, E2, T, insulin, the number of follicle on both o- vary and the volume of ovary were observed after treatment. Results：l 2 cases were obviously improved,27 cases were improved, the total effective rate was 86.7%. 7 patients were pregnant after treatment,60.22% of patients menstruation restored,26.66% of patients＇ovulation restored. There was a trend of descending body weight without significance（P 〉0. 05） compared to that before treatment. The levels of LH, T and LH/FSH and insulin reduced after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Guashi Decoction has effect on treating PCOS.
