解毒泄浊法保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰98例  

Retention Enema with Jiedu Xiezhuo Decoction to Treat Chronic Renal Failure:A Clinical Observation of 98 Cases

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制解毒泄浊中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰的临床疗效。方法:将162例患者随机分为两组:对照组64例,予以单纯西医治疗,常规低盐、低脂、低磷、优质低蛋白饮食等对症处理,如降压、改善贫血、纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡失调等;治疗组98例,在对照组基础上,加用中药保留灌肠(由生大黄、六月雪、土茯苓、丹参等组成)治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为53.1%,治疗组为81.6%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠对慢性肾衰有显著疗效。Objective ： Effects of self-designed Jiedu Xiezhuo prescription for retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure was discussed. Methods ：162 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group had 64 cases, who were giv- en pure western medicine treatment including the conventional low salt, low fat, low phosphorus, high quality, low protein diet and other symptomatic treatment, such as hypotension, anemia, correction of electrolyte and acid - base balance disorders ;98 cases in the treatment group, on the basis of the control group, were given retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine （ Dahuang, Li- uyuexue,Tufuling,Danshen, etc. ）. Results：The control group total effective rate was 53. 1% ,while 81.6% in the treatment group, the difference was significant（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Chinese herbal retention enema for chronic renal failure has signifi- cant effect.
