摘　　要：目的:通过对CKD3～4期患者临床疗效及体内血管活性因子的影响,证实活血化瘀通络法能有效改善临床症状,延缓慢性肾衰的进展。方法:观察抗纤灵方对临床症状、肾功能、血脂、血管紧张素II、纤维蛋白原、I型胶原、血及尿TGF-β1的影响,并与对照组科素亚相比较。结果:抗纤灵冲剂改善临床症状,降低血清中血管紧张素II、I型胶原水平,增加尿TGF-β1排出、降低血清中甘油三酯和胆固醇,减少蛋白尿。结论:抗纤灵冲剂可能通过抑制体内血管活性因子,减少I型胶原蛋白在肾脏的沉积,干预脂质代谢、减轻蛋白尿,从而延缓肾衰的进展。Objective ：Through the effect and influence of vascular active factors on CKD3 -4 patients, it is proved that blood circulation-promoting and stasis - resolving and collaterals - dredging method can improve the symptoms and delay the develop- ment of CKD. Methods ：The influence of Kangxianling Formula on symptoms, kidney function, blood lipid, Ang II, FBG, collagen I,TGF- β1 in blood and urine was observed and compared with that of Cozaar. Results ：Kangxianling Formula can improve theclinical symptoms, reduce Ang II and collagen I, promote the excretion of TGF - β1 in urine, reduce blood lipid and albuminuria. Conclusion：Kangxianling Formula can delay the development of CKD by inhibiting the vascular active factors, reducing collagen I accumulating in kidney, intervening lipid metabolism and relieving albuminuria.
