摘　　要：介绍清初名医郑重光的医案集《素圃医案》,探讨郑氏学术思想。郑重光(素圃)为火神派前期的扶阳名家,黄童白叟无不知其名。医案具有鲜明的火神派风格,其学术特色:强调治病宗经,娴于伤寒;重视阳气,自命"留热医也";擅用姜附,特色突出;火分阴阳,善辨阴火;以脉为准,凭脉者十之八九;园通活法,医意达变等。这些在其医案中均有突出的体现,足以启迪后人,具有较高的学术价值。This article introduced the case record of ZHENG Chongguang in Qing dynasty. And his academic thoughts were discussed. ZHENG Chongguang is the famous physician of Yang-supporting medical school. The medical records in Supu Medical Record have obvious characteristic of Huoshen medical school. His academic thoughts focus on Yang-Qi and ginger and aconite are commonly used in his prescriptions. He believed that fire can be differentiated into Yang and Yin and the differentiation was according to the pulse commonly. All these academic thoughts in his records have high academic value for studying.
