摘  要:目的:探讨木瓜黄精膏(PRO)对衰老模型小鼠血清SOD、MDA含量的影响。方法:把50只小鼠随机分为5组,除正常对照组外均每日注射D-半乳糖造成衰老模型,同时给予不同剂量的PRO。40日后检测小鼠血清中SOD活性、MDA含量。结果:衰老模型组与正常对照组比较,小鼠血清中SOD活性显著降低、MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01);PRO大、中剂量组与衰老模型组相比较,小鼠血清中SOD活性显著升高,MDA含量显著降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:PRO具有较好的抗衰老作用。Objective : To discuss the effect of Papaya Rhizoma Polygonati Ointment (PRO) on activity of SOD and content of MDA in serum of aging model mice. Methods : Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups. They were injected with D - ga- lactose for aging model mice except control group, then they were treated with PRO. After forty days the change of the activity of SOD and content of MDA in serum of mice were observed. Results : Compared with the control group, the aging model group showed a distinct decrease in the activity of SOD in serum of mice and with evident increase in the content of MDA in serum of mice(P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the aging model group, the big - dose and the middle - dose PRO groups had showed a significant differ- ence, the two groups had showed an evident increase in the activity of SOD in serum of mice and with distinct decrease in the con- tent of MDA in serum of mice(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:PRO has good anti-aging effect.
