摘 要:文章基于国内外建筑节能评价模型,结合跨海大桥人工岛的实际情况,建立了建筑冷热供应技术的评价指标体系,并将综合效益的定量评价引入其中。以港珠澳大桥东人工岛的冷热供应技术为研究对象,通过分析人工岛可再生资源条件及能源供需情况,应用评价指标体系,从能源、环境、经济与社会效益等方面对以太阳能海水源热泵冷热联供为技术载体的可再生能源服务方案和常规能源技术方案进行了综合效益的评价,为可再生能源技术的实施应用提供可行性决策支持。Based on the review of building energy saving evaluation models at home and abroad, an evaluation index system of cooling and heating technique in building is established, with a quantitative evaluation of comprehensive benefits being introduced in it. According to the practical situation of the artificial island of cross-sea bridge, the cooling and heating technique in east arti- ficial islands of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Maeao Bridge has been taken as application study case. After analyzing the renewable resources and energy consumption of these islands, both renewable energy services plan, in which a technique combines solar energy and seawater source heat pump, and conventional energy technology plan have been evaluated with comprehensive benefits, from the aspect of energy, environment, economy and society. All indexes of these two plans have been e- valuated and scored to offer a feasibility decision support for the implementation of the renewable energy technique.
