摘　　要：全球气候变化已经成为世界各国关注的热点问题。作为发达国家,法国在应对气候变化问题上发挥了重要作用。文章在介绍法国CO2排放情况的基础上,分别从完善组织机构、实施科技计划、加强立法、重视研发、采取多种手段、加强国际合作等方面,阐述了法国应对气候变化的对策措施。这对我国通过加强制度设计、完善政策法规、加大研发、提升能力、注重公众参与及推动国际合作等方面来应对气候变化有所启示。Global climate change has become the focus of world. As a developed country, France plays an important role in climate change issues. Based on the introduction of the France CO2 emissions, this paper expounds the countermeasures of France climate change from improving organization structure, carrying out science and technology plan,strengthening legislation,valuing research and development, taking many measures,and strengthening international cooperation,etc, respectively. This will help enlighten China to cope with climate change by strengthening system design, improving policies and regulations, strengthen research and developmeng, promoting capability, paying attention to public participation and driving international cooperation.
