摘 要:为了更合理刻画电压暂降持续时间,充分考虑了线路保护时限特性对电压暂降持续时间的影响,在传统电压暂降频次评估模型基础上,采用故障点法建立了线路保护时限特性与电压暂降频次之间的映射关系,反映了保护动作切除故障的实际过程。对IEEE-30节点系统进行了仿真分析,结果证明不同的保护时限特性对电压暂降频次评估结果有明显影响,忽略线路保护的时限特性将使评估结果产生较大误差。所提方法原理简单,适用性强且更符合实际,具有一定的理论及工程实用价值。In order to depict the duration of voltage sags more precisely, the time characteristic of protection system is taken into consideration, which influences the duration of voltage sags obviously. Based on the traditional model for voltage sags frequency assessment, the mapping relationship between voltage sags duration and frequency is established using the method of fault positions, which can reflect the actual process of the protection operation. The proposed method is applied to the IEEE 30-bus test system, and the simulation results show that the time characteristic of protection system has an obvious effect on voltage sags frequency assessment, and neglect of the time characteristic of protection system would result in large error. The proposed method is simple, adaptive and practical, and it is of academic value and practical foreground.
