摘  要:根据生产实际设计了几款不同结构参数的屏障型螺杆混炼元件,并借助计算流体动力学软件POLYFLOW分别对各结构进行数值仿真,并对其混炼性能和塑化能力进行了对比。结果表明:增加螺槽深度有助于提高混炼元件作用下的熔体的混合指数,但会导致熔体压力下降;屏障间隙与剪切速率成反比例关系,当屏障间隙约为1 mm时,屏障混炼元件对熔体具有较好的剪切作用和拉伸作用;螺旋角为60°时,屏障元件具有良好的拉伸速率、剪切速率和熔体压力。Based on production practice,several kinds of barrier screw mixing units with different structures were designed.Numerical simulation was carried out on the barrier mixing section in metering section by using the CFD software POLYFLOW,and relative comparison research was performed on the mixing properties and plasticizing capacity.The results show that increasing the depth of screw channel can improve the mixing index but lower the pressure of the melt,and the clearance which inverses proportion to shear rate holds better shear and elongation effects when it is about 1 mm,moreover,the barrier mixer with helix angle 60° has excellent elongation rate,shear rate and melt pressure.
