摘　　要：介绍旋叶式汽车空调压缩机对冷冻机油的性能要求,研制一种适用于以R134a为制冷剂的压缩机的聚醚类合成冷冻机油,并分析其理化性能,通过台架试验评价其润滑性能和抗氧化性能。结果表明,研制油具有较好的理化性能,很好的润滑性能及抗氧化能力,满足旋叶式压缩机使用要求。The requirement for performance of refrigeration oil for rotary vane compressor of automobile air conditioner was introduced, and a PAG refrigeration o cochemical properties of the refrigeration il was developed for rotary vane compressor with R134a as refrigerant. The physioil were analyzed, and the lubricating performances and antioxidant properties were evaluated through bench tests. The results show that the refrigeration oil has good physicochemieal properties, good lubricating performances and excellent antioxidant properties, meeting the application requirement of the rotary vane compresor.
