摘　　要：项目挣值管理方法被称为"最佳项目管理实践",在全球工程项目中广泛使用。该方法的出发点在于帮助项目业主及时掌控项目发展变化状况。本文从工程社会学的角度对项目挣值管理方法(EVM)的理论构建进行了分析,提出EVM作为项目管理方法其实质是实现了工程共同体最重要组成部分项目业主与承包商之间的监督与控制,对工程共同体间利益博弈的协调和发展起到了突出作用。并从促进工程共同体发展的角度对EVM的未来发展进行了讨论。Project earned value management method（EVM） ,called ‘the best project management practice＇ , is widely used in modern projects. The starting point of the method is to help the project owners to monitor and control the development and changes of the proieet timely. This paper analyzes EVM from the Angle of Engineering Sociology theory and find it a good tool to superve and manage the Engineering Community. EVM method play a prominent role in harmony the relations between the project owner and the contractor , which arc the most important part of project , also the core of the Engineering Community. And the future development of EVM in accordance with Engineering Community theory is discussed.
