摘 要:通过熔融浸渍工艺制备了长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料(LFT–PP),利用力学性能测试、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察等方法研究了玻纤含量对LFT–PP性能的影响。结果表明,当玻纤质量分数为50%时,复合材料力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度达到158.7 MPa,为纯PP的5.7倍;缺口冲击强度为52.6 kJ/m2,是纯PP的10.7倍。从SEM照片可以看出,玻纤与PP树脂有很好的相容性,使得复合材料具有极佳的力学性能。Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites(LFT-PP) were prepared by melt impregnating process. The influences of fiber content on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of LFT-PP were investigated through mechanical properties test, differential scanning calorimetry analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM) observation.The results show that when the weight content of glass fiber is 50%, the tensile strength of LFT-PP reaches 158.7 MPa, which is 5.7 times higher than that of pure PP ; the notched impact strength reaches 52.6 kJ/m2, which is about 10.7 times higher than that of pure PP. SEM photograph shows that glass fibe is compatible with PP resin, which makes compesites have excellent mechanical propeties.
