摘 要:为克服输配电线路中采用钢结构杆塔及钢筋混凝土杆成本很高的缺点,基于嵌入式Trio运动控制器设计了一种锥形复合材料电线杆缠绕控制系统。以锥形柱体为模型进行数学分析,得出线型的缠绕特点,通过理论推导得出各个电机的运动轨迹。采用电子凸轮的位置跟踪模式实现小车电机、伸臂电机、丝嘴电机跟踪主轴的同步运动,实现整体线型的精确平滑缠绕。实践应用表明,该缠绕机控制系统结构简单、稳定性好,能够实现锥形体线型的精确缠绕。Currently the price is costing a lot in power transmission lines of steel structure tower and reinforced concrete pole.A new type of composite conical pole winding control system was designed based on the embedded Trio motion controller.The conical cylinder model was analyzed by mathematical method, the linear winding characteristics were obtained, and each motor trajectory was obtained by theory deducing.The synchronous motion control of the carriage motor and outriggers motor and nozzle motor which are linked to the spindle is realized by the mode of electronic cam position tracking, and making the whole linear winding to be accurate smooth.The practice application shows that the winding machine control system has simple structure and good stability, and it will be able to realize the conical body linear precise winding.
