摘 要:水辅共注成型制品质量主要受控于水与芯层熔体的穿透过程,为此研究成型过程参数对水辅共注成型过程的影响规律就显得尤为重要。通过建立的全三维非稳态非等温水辅共注成型过程有限元数值模拟算法与技术,系统研究了芯层熔体注射温度对水辅共注成型水与芯层熔体的穿透过程的影响规律,并揭示了其机理。研究结果表明,芯层熔体和水的穿透深度均随着芯层熔体注射温度增加而增大,且芯层熔体和水的穿透深度与芯层熔体注射温度显线性递增关系,提高芯层熔体注射温度有利于细长塑料制品的水辅共注成型。The molding products quality of water assisted co-injection molding is mainly controlled by the penetration process of water and core melt, therefore, the influencing mechanism research of molding process parameters on water-assisted co-injection molding process is particularly important.By means of establishing the full three-dimensional unsteady and non-isothermal finite element numerical simulation algorithm and technology of water-assisted co-injection molding process, the influencing rules of melt injection temperature on the water and core melt penetration process of water-assisted co-injection molding process are systematically studied, and the influencing mechanisms are finally revealed by theoretical analysis.Research results show that the water and core melt penetration depth increase with increasing of core melt injection temperature, and the water and core melt penetration depth show linearly increasing relationship with the core melt injection temperature, increasing core melt injection temperature is conducive to molding slender plastic products in water-assisted co-injection molding process.
