摘　　要：梳理近二十年来台湾地区发展知识密集型服务业的政策和举措,并以研发服务业为例,分析台湾发展知识密集型服务业的效果和现状,最后就台湾知识密集型服务业的发展提出展望。The article describes policies and initiatives in Taiwan district which developed knowledge -intensive business services （KIBS） during the past two decades, and taking R＆D industry as an example, the paper discusses the effects and the status quo of Taiwan＇ s KIBS. It gives the prospects of Taiwan＇ s KIBS finally.
