摘　　要：基于山东省科学研究计划项目的支持,通过Soopat平台统计分析1985年以来山东专利中请、授权及有权专利情况,进行可视化、多角度的详细分析和定量研究。通过这些基本面的分析,对山东省创新能力的发展趋势有一个宏观的把握,为山东省科学建设规划提供思路。The topic, which is supported by a scientific research project of Shandong province, analyzes the patent applications, authorizations and granted patents of Shandong province from 1985 through the Soopat platform. In this research, a visualized and multi - angle analysis and a quantitative research are carried out. Through the analysis of these fundamental aspects, the paper comes to grasp the trend of innovation capacity of Shandong province from a macro perspective and hence provides a thought for the scientific construction planning of Shandong province.
