台湾地区推动高校协同创新的模式及经验

摘　　要：对台湾地区高校的区域及国际协同创新进行分析,以"迈向顶尖大学计划"和"跨国顶尖研究中心计划"为例,分别介绍台湾高校在进行跨校资源整合、实现领域互补、跨国合作研究、建立合作联盟方面的做法和经验。By introducing two special programs in Taiwan region ＂aiming for the top university program （ATU）＂ and ＂ international research - intensive centers of excellence （ i - rice） ＂, the paper analyzes universities＇ collaboration and innovation and outlines the experiences in the following aspects ： the integration of the inter - university resources, the complementary of the scientific fields, the building of the cooperation relationship with abroad and the establishment of collaboration alliances.
