摘　　要：组建全国性数字期刊联盟或联社,有利于进一步推进期刊体制改革。通过整体入盟、托管经营、战略合作等多种改革模式,数字期刊联盟或联社与学术期刊在体制改革方面可以实现互动共赢,从而直接提升数字期刊与学术期刊的可持续发展能力,促进我国学术事业的健康发展。Forming a national digital periodical union （DPU） will further promote periodical mechanism reforms. By adopting the reforming models like overall membership, trusteeship management and strategic cooperation, DPU and aca- demic periodicals can interact with each other well and achieve mutual - benefits on mechanism reform, so as to improve both parts＇ sustainable development and boost healthy academic development in China.
