摘　　要：目的:了解南通市区妇女病流行情况和乳腺癌、宫颈癌防治情况。方法:选择2011年1～12月进行妇女病普查16 024例,采用妇科检查、宫颈刮片、经阴道彩超检查、乳腺超声检查进行妇女病普查。结果:16 024例中,妇科检查异常4 539例,宫颈刮片检查细胞异常28例;经阴道彩超检查异常6 602例和乳腺超声异常8 239例。妇女常见良性疾病:乳腺病7 246例,子宫肌瘤3 836例,慢性宫颈炎3 431例,宫颈柱状上皮异位1 984例,宫颈腺囊肿800例,宫颈息肉460例,宫颈肥大187例,卵巢囊肿1 381例。妇女常见恶性肿瘤:乳腺癌8例,内有早期乳腺癌5例,宫颈癌1例,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变2例,子宫内膜癌1例。结论:妇女病普查是妇女健康保健的一项重要举措,是早期发现、诊断、早期治疗和预防乳腺癌、宫颈癌的关键。Objective： To investigate prevalence of women diseases and prevention and treatment of mammary cancer and cervical cancer. Methods： A total of 16 024 married women taken part in the women diseases screening in city area of Nantong in 2011 They received gyneeologic examination, and the glass - slide samples of cervical cytology by gynecologist. Results： In all 16 024 married women, 4 539 ca- ses were abnormal by gynecologic examination, and 28 cases were cytology abnormal, 6 602 cases were abnon3aal by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination and 8 239 cases were breast abnormal by ultrasound examination. In common women benign diseases, there were 7 246 cases of mastopathy, 3 836 cases of uterine myoma, 3 431 cases of chronic cervieitis （including l 984 cases of cervical erosion, 800 cases of naboth cyst, 460 cases of cercical polyp, 187 cases of cervical Hypertrophy） and l 381 cases of ovarian cyst. In common women malignant tumor, there were 8 cases of mammary cancer, 1 case of cervical cancer, 2 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） , and 1 case of carcinoma of endometrium. Conclusion： The women diseases screening is an important method of women health protection, it is the key of early finding, early diagnosis , early treatment and prevention of mamlnary cancer and cervical cancer.
