全人护理模式在母婴分离产妇中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨全人护理模式在母婴分离产妇中的应用方法及效果。方法:将250例母婴分离产妇分为对照组100例和观察组150例。观察组产妇采用全人护理模式护理,即以家庭为中心,采用情感支持与信息传递等方式围绕母婴分离产妇生理、心理、社会、精神等方面的需求进行护理;对照组产妇采用常规护理方法。观察两组产妇及家属对护理工作满意度及产妇身心康复情况。结果:观察组产妇及家属对产、儿科护理工作的满意度,及其育婴护理技能水平和产妇泌乳始动情况均较对照组好,而产后抑郁发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:引入全人护理模式提高了责任护士了解新生儿病情的主动性,并以情感信息支持的形式将病情告知母婴分离的产妇及家属,有效降低了产妇产后抑郁的发生率,有助于产妇乳汁的分泌,提高产妇对产儿科护理工作的满意度,达到促进母婴身心健康的目的。Objective： To evaluate the effect of holistic nursing mode in maternal separation. Methods： Before and after the im- plementation of the holistic nursing, 250 parturients of maternal separation were divided into control group （100 cases） and observation group （150 cases） . Observation group was given emotional support and information transfer, according to the demand of physiological, psychologi- cal, social, spiritual, giving the maternal corresponding nursing care. The control group was given the routine nursing care. The satisfaction and physical condition were observed in these two groups. Results： The satisfaction of the parturients and them family of the observation group for nursing work, nursing skills and so on were better than the control group. And the incidence rate of postpartum depression was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The introducing of the holistic nursing mode improve the nurseg initiative, and they given the family members information about their childreng condition by emotional information support form, it can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum depression, contribute to maternal milk secretion, improve the familyg satisfaction and finally reaches the purposes of maternal and the ehildg health.
