摘 要:为了验证应力波锚杆无损检测法的有效性,结合国阳二矿进行的现场试验,采用CMT(A)锚杆弹性波无损检测仪,采集应力波波形,利用分析处理软件对实测波形进行分析处理,得出锚杆的锚固长度、工作荷载、固结波速等信息,评价锚杆的锚固质量。经过对比发现应力波锚杆检测法能较准确的评价锚杆的锚固长度、工作荷载等信息。研究表明:应力波锚杆无损检测法是一种实时、有效的检测方法,适合对锚杆的锚固质量进行大范围普查。In order to veery the affect'ive of stress wave nondestructive (esting method, we did experiment in GuoYang Second Coal Mine, collected stress wave of rock bolt by CMT(A) anchor elastic wave non-destructive detector , and analysis the signal Dy software which was developed ourselves.We received the anchor length, work load and the speed of the anchor section, evaluate the anchor quality of the rock bolt. Through comparing we found the stress wave nondestructive method can get the rock bolt' s anchor length and work load . This research show that stress wave nondestructive testing method is fast, reliable and effective, it is suitable for extensive testing.
