摘 要:薄煤层采煤机摇臂的行星齿轮机构体积大小直接影响其整机的机面高度和对薄煤层的适应性。融合了优化和有限元分析法对摇臂行星齿轮机构进行了优化设计,改进和完善了摇臂行星齿轮机构的设计方案。提高了摇臂行星齿轮机构的设计效率、可靠性,降低了薄煤层采煤机机面高度。The volume of planetary gear mechanism influenced height of low-seam shearer and its adaptability for low-seam. With regard to this, optimization and finite-element analysis are combined to design the planetary gear mechanism of rocker arm in this paper. Design scheme of planetary gear mechanism of rocker arm for low-seam shearer is improved. Designing efficiency and reliability of planctary gear mechanism of rocker arm is enhanced, and the height of low-seam shearer is reduced.
