弹性筛面上颗粒运动情况的模拟及研究

摘　　要：运用ADAMS能够建立柔性体模型的特性,建立了弛张筛弹性筛面的运动仿真模型,根据ADAMS中的接触模块建立了颗粒在弹性筛面上运动的模型,分析了不同筛面倾角对颗粒在筛面上运动情况的影响,得出了适合弛张筛筛分过程进行的筛面倾角,为弛张筛工艺参数的设计提供依据。Use ADAMS can establish flexible body characteristics to establish the motion simulation model of flexible screen surface, use contact model of ADAMS to establish the contact of particle and flexible screen surface. Analyzed influence of different screen surface inclination to movement of particle on screen surface, and obtained the inclination which fit flip-flow screen screening,provides a basis for the design of flip-flow screen.
