摘　　要：通过在水平定向钻机上安装的钻进参数自动检测系统,依托各种传感器实时采集导向、扩孔和拉管全过程中的6个关键参数:顶拉力、扭矩、转速、钻速、泥浆压力和流量。数据经过处理显示出来,同时被存储,上位机软件对数据进行回放和智能分析。With the Rig Condition Data Detector on horizontal directional drilling machine, six kind of critical data can be collected by different sensors in whole process of reaming and slide trombone, including jacking pressure, torque, revolution, drilling rate, pump volume, pump pressure. Data handled can be displayed and conserved, data also will be reviewed and have intelligent analysis by the PC software.
