摘 要:分析了枪钻车床在深孔加工中存在的铁屑飞溅力大、飞溅方向不固定且工人需要时刻观察高压切削液的输出状态等问题,并针对枪钻车床防护罩的结构及技术要求,从材质的选用、制作工艺、结构优化等技术难点方面提出了具体的实施方案,最后从降低生产成本、保护环境、改善工人劳动强度和生产环境等方面阐述了该防护罩的经济性和优越性。The first is that the auther analyzes problems of the gun drill lathe in deep hole processing, such as the splash force of iron is large, the splash of direction does not fixed and workers need keep observing the output of the high pressure cutting fluid, etc..
